A call for people to start preparing Covid-19 kits, as an Omicron outbreak nudges closer

The Health Ministry's extended the isolation time for all Covid cases from ten days to 14 days, because of the variant's infectiousness.
Close contacts will now have to isolate for ten days, instead of seven.
McGlashen Pharmacy's Andrew McGlashen says it's worth having medication for the most common symptoms -- like fever and sore throat.
He says paracetamol and ibuprofen will help with aches and pains and lozenges for sore throats.
