A one hundred million dollar funding boost, will provide small-scale upgrades for dozens of hospitals

A one hundred million dollar funding boost, will provide small-scale upgrades for dozens of hospitals

Health Minister Simeon Brown's, announced a share of the money will go towards 21 projects - including more clinical space in emergency departments, extra carparks and new transit lounges.

He says there's a range of time frames for when they start - but the plan is to have them completed either next year, or the one after.

The remaining funds will go towards a remediation programme, focused on things like fire protection, electrical upgrades and weather tightness.
