Three people are still in hospital after the attack at the inner city store last Monday.
Four people, including two Countdown staff, were seriously injured.
In a police statement, they have thanked those who've offered messages of support -- as they begin the long road to healing.
A person faces four charges of attempted murder and will be back in court next month.
