    Police have arrested a teenager after an attempted aggravated robbery of a grocery store in Hawera, in south Taranaki


    It happened last night about 7.

    Police allege someone entered Turuturu Grocery on Glover (gluvvuh) Road, and threatened a staff member with a knife.

    They say he then fled on foot down Totara Road, without taking anything from the store.

    A 15-year-old boy is due to appear in the Hawera District Court tomorrow
