    Two teens have been arrested - after Police discovered a vehicle laden with cigarette and vape products in Papakura


    Police found the abandoned vehicle after being called to a Settlement Road store this morning.

    A 16- and a 17-year-old were found soon after at a local address, with more arrests not ruled out.
