Public cloud services could be a billion-dollar money-maker for New Zealand

Public cloud services could be a billion-dollar money-maker for New Zealand

Microsoft says by 2026, the services are expected to add 21-billion-dollars to the economy -- and generate more than 100-thousand jobs.

National Technology Officer Russell Craig says he's optimistic this will cut business costs and support growth.

He says he has confidence in the economic benefits that businesses can gain.
