The Education Minister won't say if she's got confidence in David Seymour's cut-price school lunches, after numerous problems

The Education Minister won't say if she's got confidence in David Seymour's cut-price school lunches, after numerous problems

Yesterday, students in the South Island's Murchison were fed a meal containing melted plastic, after heating issues.

Before that, a halal-based school was fed ham, and other schools have had to order food due to late deliveries.

Education Minister Erica Stanford's asking Associate Education Minister Seymour for proof the issues are being dealt with.

She says making sure they're delivering the right service to the right child is a key issue.
