    Students at Taupo's Taupo-nui-a-Tia College are being urged to stay off school grounds, after a block of classrooms was destroyed by a large fire


    Two young people have been charged, following the fire yesterday afternoon.

    The school remains closed, while the Ministry of Education works in the school on a plan for reopening.

    Taupo Mayor John Funnell says there's a lot of work to be done to tidy up the impacted area.
