    The Otago Regional Council says they're serious about change, after a fatal stabbing at the bus hub this week


    A 13-year-old has appeared in court charged with murder, after he allegedly stabbed another teenager on Thursday.

    ORC Chair Gretchen Robertson says they are working with the community to make public transport safer.

    She says they're written to all of the local schools to get their input, as well as Police and the city council.
