    A four year old boy who died in a dog attack in Katikati in the Bay of Plenty, is being remembered as having a "heart full of cuteness."


    The preschooler and another person, were bitten on Friday afternoon.

    Animal management staff have now taken the dogs that were involved.

    Local Tuapiro Marae spokesperson Shaan Kingi, says says they're still in shock over the tragedy.

    Kingi says the ripple affect is still being felt across communities.
