Allison Holker has paid tribute to her husband Stephen 'tWitch' Boss on the third anniversary of his death

The dancer died by suicide aged 40 on December 13, 2022, and his 37-year-old widow and their children, Maddox, nine, and Zaia, six, as well as 17-year-old Weslie - Allison's daughter from a previous relationship, who tWitch helped raise - will continue to keep his spirit alive.

Captioning an emotional Instagram media carousel - which featured a video of Allison and the DJ dancing, as well as family photos - Allison penned: "Today is the 3 year Stephen tWitch Boss anniversary day 12/13/2022. We honour you and cherish all of our beautiful memories with you. We loved laughing, creating and dancing. We will love you forever. (sic)"

Allison - who met tWitch at a party in 2006, but reconnected in 2010 on So You Think You Can Dance Season 7, with their romance starting after they danced at the season's wrap party - was touched by some of the "beautiful posts" she spotted on social media in honour of tWitch.

The star - who got engaged to the dancer in June 2013, and got married in December that year at So You Think You Can Dance creator Nigel Lythgoe's Villa San-Juliette Vineyard and Winery in Paso Robles, California - added: "Thank you for your endless love and support. It means the world to me and my kids."

tWitch's mom Connie Boss Alexander took to Instagram on Friday (12.12.25) to pay tribute to her late son, and heartbreakingly admitted she still looks for his "text or call".

Captioning a photo of her cuddling tWitch as he kissed her forehead, she penned: "Three years feels like an eternity, yet somehow only a drop in time. I miss you so much. I still catch myself looking for your text or your call.

"When I come across something hilarious, my first instinct is to send it to you - and then I remember...

"My darling son, as we acknowledge the date of your departure from our physical presence, we continue to honour you and the beautiful life you lived.

"I remember the precious moments - big and small. Times that once felt ordinary have become treasured memories I carry with me every day."

She continued: "My heart will always beat waiting for the echo of yours. My first heartbeat ... your name will always be spoken, your stories will always be shared, no matter how many times we tell them. They stay on a constant loop in our hearts."

And Connie told tWitch that his children are "growing so fast".

She concluded her tribute with: "And every day they look and move more like you. God gifted us these little duplicates of you, and I know you are so proud-beaming with love from where you are.

"Until we meet again, my son. #llslb #StephenLaurelBoss 9/29/82-12/12/22 (sic)."
