Waka Kotahi says speed limit changes to Waikato's expressway are a win for drivers

Waka Kotahi says speed limit changes to Waikato's expressway are a win for drivers

The section between Hampton Downs and Tamahere will have a 110 kilometre an hour speed limit from mid July.

Spokesperson David Spears says it'll shorten journeys.

He says the road is a world class piece of engineering, and the change won't sacrifice safety.
