    Upper Hutt firefighters are responding to a vegetation fire in Trentham


    Residents at about ten properties in Evergreen Crescent have been asked to prepare for evacuation as a precaution.

    Two helicopters are on the way to support crew on the ground.

    Locals are urged to stay away from the area.
