Traffic disruption and congestion expected around the capital, as a main water pipe gets a fix-up job

Traffic disruption and congestion expected around the capital, as a main water pipe gets a fix-up job

Crews are working on a sewer pipe under State Highway Two, a main route in and out of Wellington - through to Anzac Day.

It's expected this will increase congestion and cause delays.

Meanwhile, buses are replacing most train journeys for the next few weeks - as KiwiRail conducts replacements, repairs, and upgrades across the network.
