    A number of West Auckland roads remain affected by flooding and slips after heavy rain battered the area


    There are three local roads of concern - Te Henga Road in Waitakere and Mountain Road in Henderson Valley have multiple slips while a section of Lone Kauri Road in Karekare has collapsed.

    They could take some time to repair.

    Auckland Transport's Mark Hannan says there are also several roads with flooding issues still being assessed.

    He says they should open in the next day or so, provided there's no underlying damage to them.
