State Highway 35 between Gisborne and Tolaga Bay, has now re-opened

State Highway 35 between Gisborne and Tolaga Bay, has now re-opened

Heavy rainfall caused flooding in the area making the stretch of highway unsafe to travel on.

Motorists are being urged to drive to the conditions and be aware of possible flooding along other parts of the highway.
