A new look men's coxless four have made an encouraging start to their rowing world championships campaign in Shanghai

Zack Rumble, Flynn Eliadis-Watson, Campbell Crouch and Matthew Dunham are through to the semi finals after placing second in their heat.

Dunham is the only rower with previous world championship experience.

Rumble has reflected on his debut.



Logan Ullrich , who won Olympic silver in the coxless four at Paris, is through to the quarter finals of the single sculls.
