Rower Emma Twigg has reflected on a second-half career renaissance that's seen her leave her Olympic career with two medals

The 37-year-old retired from the sport after the Rio 2016 Games, where she secured a second-straight fourth-placed finish.

She would return to the single sculls and go on to win gold in Tokyo 2021 and silver in Paris.

Twigg has shared what's kept her in the boat for so long.
