    Sydney Roosters NRL halfback Sandon Smith will face court in Sydney tomorrow after being charged with negligent driving occasioning grievous bodily harm

    The charge reportedly relates to an incident earlier this year, but the NRL was only informed of the matter today.

    The charge carries a maximum prison term of nine months or over two thousand dollars in fines.
