    A sorry end to a dismal campaign for England in cricket's Champions Trophy in Pakistan


    They've been thumped by sevens wickets by South Africa in Karachi - having already been out fo the tournament after losing their opening two matches.

    England were bowled out for just 179 in the 39th over.

    The Proteas needed just 29.1 overs to complete their successful chase - an unbeaten 72 from Rassie Van der Dussen sealing England's seventh consecutive one-day international defeat.

    New Zealand - who have already qualified for the semifinals - play their final group game against India overnight tonight.
