Hockey New Zealand chief executive Anthony Crummy is standing down from his role

Crummy has been battling a long-term concussion injury and stood aside temporarily to manage that but has now agreed with the national body's board to step away permanently.

The role will be advertised, with interim CEO Ken Maplesden to remain on until a permanent appointment is made.
