    150 teams have tried before them and failed...and the Boston Celtics have made it 151 - unable to overturn a 3-nil deficit in the NBA's eastern conference finals


    No team in NBA history has overturned a three-nil deficit to win a series although the Celtics had rallied to 3-all against the Miami Heat.

    But the Heat took charge of the deciding game seven, winning 103-84 to avoid becoming the first team to squander a three-game headstart.

    Miami face the Denver Nuggets in the NBA finals starting Friday.
