    Former All Blacks captain Todd Blackadder expects Richie Mo'unga to thrive on his return to New Zealand next year


    The first-five's signed an 18-month deal starting from next July, but will have to play NPC rugby for Canterbury first before being eligible for the All Blacks from October 2026.

    Blackadder - who is Mo'unga's current coach at Japanese club Toshiba - says the experience of three years offshore will help the playmaker.
