It's a battle of the cellar dwellers this afternoon in Auckland, when the Northern Stars host the Southern Steel in netball's ANZ Premiership

It's pretty much a must-win for both sides... if they're to make the post-season.

The Steel, who've won two games from eight attempts, are second-bottom but surprisingly have the same points as the winless, dead last Stars.

Both teams need the points if they're to close the gap on the top-three playoff places, with six rounds to go... but are well behind the fourth-placed Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic.

First centre pass is set for just after 4pm.
