Wellington Phoenix football manager Ufuk Talay claims he's happy to share data with rival clubs if it aids overall A-League player welfare

Wellington Phoenix football manager Ufuk Talay claims he's happy to share data with rival clubs if it aids overall A-League player welfare

The news comes as Talay handles the post-Covid recovery of about three-quarters of his squad.

17 players and two staff tested positive to the coronavirus in recent weeks, leaving the Phoenix scrambling to fulfil fixtures over the festive season.

A return to action on Friday against Western United has been confirmed.
