Sarpreet Singh is embracing his return to the Wellington Phoenix

The All Whites attacking midfielder is in the capital on loan from his Serbian club until the end of the A-League season.

He was unveiled on Waitangi Day before the loss to the Melbourne Victory.

Singh has begun his first week back training with the side today and says he is keen to get time on park under the belt, after falling out of favour with a new coach at his parent club.



The Phoenix play Western Sydney away on Friday.
