The Kansas City Chiefs are heading back to the Super Bowl to defend their title

Last year's champions have qualified for the big dance again, thrashing the Buffalo Bills 38-24 in the AFC title game.

Quarterback Patrick Mahomes threw for 325 yards and three touchdowns for the Chiefs.
