    A man has been prosecuted by the SPCA over the inhumane killing of a wild pig


    Jarod Benbow ran down the pig with a four-wheel drive, then while it was trapped under the wheel, stabbed it repeatedly,

    The 2020 attack was videoed and shared on social media.

    Benbow was convicted and discharged at Christchurch District Court on Friday.

    He has been ordered to pay legal costs and donate 2500 dollars to the SPCA.
