The coalition has checked off almost all the items in its quarterly action plans - which includes repeals of things it promised at the election, as well as introducing new measures.
But some of that work has been carried out with the House under urgency.
Newstalk ZB Political editor Jason Walls says for that reason, they may look to ease up a bit.
He says the urgency and the shortened select committee periods have been copping quite a lot of flack.
