    An insight into what gets most under the skin of Kiwi travellers


    A Flight Centre-commissioned survey shows more than half find flight delays or cancellations to be their biggest pet peeve.

    Baggage woes or disruptive passengers were also strong contenders.

    General Manager, Heidi Walker says data also highlights Gen Z prefer stop-overs during international travel, unlike Baby Boomers.

    She says older Kiwis value the entire flight experience and prefer direct travel -- as opposed to younger travellers, who want the cheapest routes with the most stops.
