The Miami Heat and Dallas Mavericks have kept their NBA seasons alive, winning sudden-death play-in tournament games

The Miami Heat and Dallas Mavericks have kept their NBA seasons alive, winning sudden-death play-in tournament games

The Heat eliminated the Bulls with a 109-90 win on Chicago's home floor, while Dallas did the same in Sacramento against the Kings.

The 120-106 win for the Mavericks books them a meeting with the Grizzlies on Saturday for a spot in the playoffs proper, while the Heat meet the Atlanta Hawks.
