A Dunedin woman who collected a number of children for an after-school car-pool run - scored nearly four times the legal alcohol limit

The Otago Daily Times reports Police stopped the 47-year-old on South Road on Friday - travelling between schools to pick up more children.

Officers pulled her over for speeding in a school zone, and returned all the children to their parents.

Her licence has been suspended and she's charged with driving while intoxicated, with an appearance next month in the District Court.
