It's expected the Treaty Principles Bill will soon be dead and buried

It's expected the Treaty Principles Bill will soon be dead and buried

A report from Parliament's Justice Committee shows 90 percent of more than 300-thousand written submissions opposed it.

The committee's recommended, by majority, that the Bill not proceed.

The Bill's expected to be voted down in its next reading in Parliament and Committee Chair James Meager is reiterating his party will vote against it.

He says it's time to move on.
