    A woman's pleaded not guilty in relation to the death of a toddler in a Gore driveway, on New Years Day


    The three-year-old died in hospital, several hours after being injured by a reversing vehicle.

    Police say the woman and another child were also injured.

    The woman, who has name suppression, was charged with dangerous driving causing death and injury eight months on from the incident.

    She'll appear in court again in November.
