Stats NZ has released some inflation data, ahead of its full update next Monday.
Cabbage has doubled in price, and lettuce and cheap white bread are one-and-a-half times as expensive
Butter and cheese both spiked about 30-percent, and milk and beef mince went up more than 15.
Gas, electricity and international flights have also risen rapidly.
