    Sofia Richie Grainge is having a baby boy

    In October 2025, the model, 27, and her husband, Atlantic Records CEO Elliot Grainge, 32, announced that their daughter Eloise, 20 months, will have a sibling, and now Sofia has revealed their unborn child's sex via a series of photos from her baby shower on her Instagram Stories.


    On Sunday (11.01.26), the blonde beauty gave her followers a glimpse into the sports-themed bash, which pals threw for her over the weekend, and one shot saw Sofia pose beneath a gold sign - that read "The Grainge Club" - in a long yellow and brown polka dot robe, and yellow pyjamas.

    The image - which Sofia reshared to her Instagram Stories - had "showering boy mamma to be" penned over it.

    In another upload, the star - who married Elliot during a stunning ceremony at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes, South of France, in April 2023 - shared a snap of her plate, which had "The Grainge Club" on the dishware.

    Namecards for herself and Eloise - whom she had in May 2024 - rested on the plate, and Sofia wrote over the picture: "Celebrating Eloise's soon to be brother. (sic)"

    In October 2025, Sofia - whose parents are 76-year-old music legend Lionel Richie and 58-year-old fashion designer Diane Alexander - announced that she and Elliot were expecting their second baby, via Instagram.

    The media personality - who got engaged to Elliot during a romantic Hawaiian getaway in April 2022 - proudly showed off a silhouette of her baby bump in a mirror selfie, and captioned the post with: "On my way to launch these babies @srgatelier (sic)."

    In April 2024, Lionel - who was married to Diane from 1995 until 2004 - admitted that he "freaked out" when he learned Sofia was pregnant with Eloise.

    The Hello hitmaker - who is known as "Pop-pop" to the tot - told Extra: "I'm watching my baby having a baby. Yikes! I mean, that just kind of freaked me out a little bit. But at the same time, Elliot and Sofia are such a force.

    "This little baby is gonna be souped up like you've never seen before. It's amazing."
