All Black loose forward Luke Jacobson is a surprise inclusion in the Chiefs side to face the Hurricanes this weekend

All Black loose forward Luke Jacobson is a surprise inclusion in the Chiefs side to face the Hurricanes this weekend

Jacobson was expected to miss the rest of Super Rugby Aotearoa with a hand injury, but has been named at blindside in place of Lachlan Boshier .

Coach Warren Gatland says the competition is taking its toll on Boshier.

Meanwhile, Julian Savea will have just one chance to play for the Hurricanes this year having missed selection for the match..

Coach Jason Holland says Savea will play club rugby and they'll reassess for their final game of the season.

Dragons forward Paul Vaughan has admitted to breaching the NRL's biosecurity rules by visiting a cafe this morning, just hours before St George Illawarra's match against the Sydney Roosters.

It's expected Vaughan will be forced to sit out the match.

Fresh from reclaiming the world number one ranking, Justin Thomas has quickly turned his attention to back-to-back wins.

Days after winning the World Golf Championship event in Memphis, the American is zeroing in on the year's first Major, the PGA Championship starting in San Francisco early tomorrow morning.
