Former Warriors centre Krisnan Inu is under investigation by his Super League team after his comments surrounding Jarryd Hayne's sentencing

Former Warriors centre Krisnan Inu is under investigation by his Super League team after his comments surrounding Jarryd Hayne's sentencing

    - article from www.rugbyleague.co.nz

It comes just one day after former NRL player Tony Williams was sacked by his New York club after making appalling social media posts about the victim of the case.

Inu's Salford Super League team says they're aware of the social media activity of one of their players over the last 24 hours, and an internal investigation is underway.

Hayne will be jailed for at least three years and eight months without parole for sexually assaulting a woman in her Newcastle home in 2018.
