MindTheGap says there's still a 9.1 percent gap between what men and women earn as a whole.
It says the gap is even higher for women from minority groups and wants workplaces to be required to report their gaps.
Spokesperson Dellwyn  Stuart says similar ideas have worked overseas.
She says England and Finland have seen success in identifying and reducing inequities.
