    A person has died after being hit by a truck on State Highway One, near Hunterville this evening

    A person has died after being hit by a truck on State Highway One, near Hunterville this evening


    Police were called to the accident between Rowes Road and Kie Kie Road at around quarter past six, where the pedestrian died at the scene.

    The Serious Crash Unit will be examining the scene and the road remains closed.

    Police have extended their thanks to motorists for their patience and cooperation.
