Today will conclude the first week in the Victorian Supreme Court trial of triple-murder accused Erin Patterson

Today will conclude the first week in the Victorian Supreme Court trial of triple-murder accused Erin Patterson

Patterson's accused of feeding her ex's parents and sister, a poisoned beef wellington.

Her ex husband Simon Patterson declined an invitation to the same lunch and has been the first witness in the trial.

Channel Seven's Estelle Griepink says it will be a half-day today before more witnesses are heard next week.

She says Simon Patterson will attend court again today to give testimony - once again coming face to face with his estranged wife.
