Fresh to the world of club football, Auckland FC's already leaving a mark on the community

Tens of thousands have jumped on board with the team, which is showing dominance in its first season in the A League.

Team boss Nick Becker says the team wants to integrate itself with the community, by connecting with diverse groups and local clubs.

He says packed out crowds at games make it clear Auckland was ready for a team to support.

Becker says he thinks the team offered something a bit different, and it will keep evolving its match day experience to keep it fresh, exciting and entertaining.
