Down 10-3 late in the fourth quarter, the 49ers scored a touchdown off a blocked punt.
They got the ball back and setup a game-winning field goal, which was converted by Robbie Gould.
In the AFC divisional playoffs, the Cincinnati Bengals have beaten the top-seeded Tennessee Titans 19-16.
