Wellington Phoenix women's coach Paul Temple is refusing to give up hope his side can make the A-League playoffs after their 2-nil loss to the Central Coast Mariners

Wellington Phoenix women's coach Paul Temple is refusing to give up hope his side can make the A-League playoffs after their 2-nil loss to the Central Coast Mariners

The result leaves the Phoenix two points outside the playoffs, but the sixth-place Brisbane Roar have two games in hand.

With two of their remaining three games against teams already in the top six, Temple knows it won't be easy.
