England are 54 for 2 in reply to New Zealand's 347 at lunch on the second day of the third cricket test at Hamilton

In a whirlwind of activity before anyone's picked up a knife and fork, Matt Henry claimed Zak Crawley caught and bowled for 21 and Ben Duckett lbw for 11.

Crawley had threatened as a party-pooper, taking Tim Southee for 16 with four boundaries from the pace bowler's opening over at his eponymous end.

Earlier, pluck was demonstrated by Mitchell Santner with 76 and Will O'Rourke with five from 30 balls including a first boundary in tests.

They put on 44 for the 10th wicket, including 32 today.
