    A Canterbury road will remain closed for much of today, while repairs to a power pole are completed following a crash


    Emergency services were called to the single-vehicle crash on Butchers Road, near Kaiapoi just after midnight.

    More than 100 households are without power due to the incident, with repairs underway.
