    Moana Pasifika revelation Semisi Tupou Ta'eiloa has declared the club a hot-bed for player development


    Moana can leap into the top six with a win over the Highlanders in Dunedin this afternoon.

    The 21-year-old was part of the Highlanders system before being given a shot with Moana...and he says the environment is competitive, but nurturing.
