    Confidence from one of the favourites to replace Luke Metcalf in the Warriors number seven jersey

    Metcalf's been confirmed as out for the rest of the NRL season - putting former Titans halfback Tanah Boyd in line to potentially take the reins.

    The 24-year-old has been a key cog for the Warriors high-flying reserve grade side - and says his game has gone to a higher level since coming to Auckland in the off-season.



    Te Maire Martin shapes as the other contender to step in for Metcalf as starting halfback.
