Revelations a woman attempted to cover up a fatal Christchurch shooting

Revelations a woman attempted to cover up a fatal Christchurch shooting

James Arthur Holder is on trial for the murder of David Bridgwater - who was shot in Aranui after a night partying, last January.

Holder admits shooting Bridgwater, but claims it was self-defence.

Open Justice reports his partner, Leanne Crighton, and another woman tried to pull down a street-facing security camera immediately after the shooting.

She then tried to cancel the camera's subscription and deleted the app from her phone - Crighton has already pleaded guilty to related charges.

    The trial continues today.
