Trevor Noah is set to host the Grammy Awards for one "final" time

The 41-year-old comedian will host the annual awards ceremony for the sixth and final time on February 1, and Trevor is already looking forward to the challenge.

Ben Winston of Fulwell Entertainment, who is ex ecutive producing the show, said in a statement: "I am beyond thrilled to welcome Trevor Noah back to host the Grammys for his sixth, and sadly, final time."

Trevor has already had a "spectacular" impact on the Grammys, according to Ben.

He said: "He's been the most phenomenal host of the show. He's so smart, so funny, and such a true fan of the artists and music. His impact on the show has been truly spectacular, and we can't wait to do it together one last time."

Trevor previously opened up about his approach to hosting the awards show, revealing that preparation is the key to his experience.

The comedian insisted that he always leaves no stone unturned ahead of hosting the Grammys.

Speaking to People in 2024, Trevor shared: "I always care what happens. I don't take anything for granted, and I'm never sure that or how a joke will land. You just prepare. You hope for the best."

Trevor admitted that he's never sure how his jokes will be received by the audience.

However, the comedy star gives himself the best possible chance of success by working tirelessly on his Grammy routine.

He explained: "Telling a joke is like jumping out of an airplane with a parachute. You have an idea of where you would like to land, but when you actually get close to the ground, you might be a little bit off from where you intended to be.

"So I just work my a** off, try and think of the funniest things to say and ways to say them. The rest I leave to God."
